Insight Engineering Solutions
are a multi-skilled team that takes pride in its in-depth knowledge of a broad spectrum of engineering and manufacturing disciplines. Ranging from working with large OEM’s to small companies and individuals.
Our unique team includes chartered engineers and designers with decades of both theoretical and practical experience resulting in a combination of skills rarely found in the engineering industry. At insight we are equally at home working out complex calculations and analysis as we are getting hands on welding unique fabrications with our Mig and Tig skills.
At insight we have 3D CAD and Finite element analysis software with the necessary skills to solve complex engineering problems. We have over 2 decades of engineering and manufacturing experience, we focus on designing solutions with manufacturability and cost at the forefront.
We have our own in-house designed CNC sheet metal plasma cutter, CNC tube plasma cutter, MIG, TIG and machining capabilities for rapid turnaround of prototype parts.

We can turn 2D hand drawn sketches into fully detailed 3D models with necessary drawings and specifications to turn them into reality. We can work with one-off prototype to sourcing/manufacturing mass produced parts and assist at all stages of a project lifecycle.
